I don't know where it came from but I have a small obsession with sneakers. I cant help but look at peoples feet, I cant help but judge people by what they've got on them....
This blog isn't really helping either, not only do I now not even look at faces, just the shoes, but I also have an excuse to be a little bit weird and be a little bit nosy. As imagined every single person who I have asked has accepted, of course they have, if your wearing a nice pair of kicks your just waiting for the compliments to come.
Based in Barcelona I have been inspired by the sneaker culture here. Not only is it hugely varied, supported by the skate, art, beach, stylish, european/catalan cultures but I have the time to wander and snap, ask and peak. The shops here do the sneaker loving crowd a huge favour, bringing in all that is needed from worldwide labels and locations to one very cool city.
The sneaker peaker is to support my love of shoooooos and bring you not whats in the magazines and shops but what the reality is on the streets.
