At this point friend with luminous pink jacket and pretty hard to miss who had previously told me that they were, in actual fact her shoes, piped up for the second time- I got them in Sydney, there mine

This little guy was really cute despite being the first person to have a problem with me taking some pictures of his shoes. Bear held firmly to chest, he kept on shuffling away from me and making me feel not only like I smelt funny but that I was a WIERDO.

Didn't manage to get a squeak out of him but if I was to go by his all-in-one getup and beer belly id say he just spent his days "chilling" and bought them off a friend who had a sudden growth spurt.

I love creative minds and especially when they know how to promote themselves (how else does it happen right). From a 5 minute chat I walked away from this guy with 3 flyers of his exhibitions around town, a brief history of his art career, quick flip through his portfolios but sadly no portrait.

I know know he lives with an Italian who does a similar thing to this but its more about the pictures and what context he takes the shoes in, he has about 15 pairs of trainers... all individual and he loves them. Paint away, paint away

As I crouched down to take the picture the little kid moved her foot to show the swoosh as if to say "their Nikes you know...." sweeeeeet

Now this guy was pretty high up on the cool ladder. Girlfriend was even better and helped out with the translation. Every item of his was not only individual but also super subtle. One day Japan one day.

Heels and High tops

This was all a bit mental, asked this guy to take a picture of his shoes (Pony) and friend with the Reeboks got waaaaaaaaay over excited about the whole thing and pulled out the white high heel from his bag and slipped it on "take another, take another!!"

I was a bit overwhelmed by it all and dont think I even pretended to laugh. He was seriously happy after though, the heel obviously meant alot. I felt good

"shall I tell you....(go on then) if you look on the trainer "Goldenbug" is me and we created this after a collaboration with Nike Sportswear. Legendary Photographer Shawn Mortensen travelled around Europe stopping off to check in with 8 young musical talents in 8 different cities in celebration of the Air max 90 and its evolution from when it was created in '87 to now. He gave me very detailed directions from where we were standing to the centre of town but lost me at the first roundabout but I reckon it was Limited Editions....

He also insisted on telling me that he bought them because they were French "Ive got 5 pairs of french" (he neither looked nor sounded but was obviously a big fan)

This woman looked like her trainers. "Im black, im solid and I dont really give a fuck".... So I was a little shy, this whole "book by its cover" has got to stop- she was sweeter than sweet.

I work for an NGO and I bought them on Travessera de Gracia (BCN)

Ive got way more at home, these in Silver, Nikes, Munichs ....

Thats the next step.... get into these peoples houses!
